We have enjoyed having Heather and Sunshine Catering come out and cater our Employee Appreciation Day for the past 2 years. Heather's hamburgers and hotdogs, potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans are wonderful. Everyone raved about how good the food was. Heather and her staff always do a great job and are very attentive to our guests needs. We have over 500 people at this event each year and it always goes off without a hitch.

I just want to send you a special thank you. You and your staff did another exceptional year at our
Christmas Barbecue. Just so you know there were over 800 adults and children there. Some of the kids have already asked
if you will be back next year. They especially like the cotton candy machine. You have such a well organized and professional staff. They even pitched in and helped our chef and his staff to keep our buffets lines flowing smoothly.
